Apparently, Vitamin Supplements Not Always Important

We often rely on vitamin and mineral supplements to meet nutritional needs. Or, when we are in need of endurance, such as preventing the flu, keep the pregnancy, or had to stay up because there are special projects in the office. With supplements of vitamin C, folic acid, or antioxidants, we expect the issue resolved soon.
However, according to research by health experts, vitamin supplements do not work as we think it is. Antioxidant supplements does not necessarily reduce the risk of dying from the disease. In some cases, these supplements actually increase risk. Alternatively, it can lead to calcium supplements bone calcification or increased risk of heart disease.
Clearly, you do not need to throw away all supplies supplements. First know how to eat them.
Fact: Vitamins do not erase bad health habits
“Vitamins can not undo risk factors such as smoking, excess alcohol, air pollution, obesity, and lack of physical activity has on our health,” says Jeffrey Blumberg, PhD, Director of the Antioxidants Research Laboratory at Tufts University. Eggs and butter that you buy in the supermarket, for example, there are already added omega-3 or omega-6. Fruits and vegetables that we often juice or salad, such as avocados, strawberries, oranges, papaya, spinach, or squash, was rich in folate and antioxidants. So, to what supplements to add?
Fact: You still lack some vitamins and minerals
